Chef Tim McDiarmid can transform even the most rustic vegetables into alluring, delicious and sexy creations. A world traveler — she’s Canadian by birth and San Antonian by choice — Tim has produced a wide variety of culinary and artistic creations. Her newest venture, The Good Kind, a modern market and cafe, builds on her vision of providing the San Antonio community with clean, nourishing, sustainable and delicious food. Menu items include yogurt parfaits with granola and fruit compote, paninis made with summer squash, ricotta, parmesan, lemon and herbs and a sandwich complete with hummus, yogurt feta, pickles, shaved vegetables and sprouts, just to name a few.
