The menu at Tenko Ramen is focused on ramen and a handful of small Japanese accompaniments, but it doesn’t stop there. Diners can look forward to dishes such as a spicy miso tonkotsu ramen and chicken fajita karaage with black pepper ponzu. The restaurant is local chef Quealy Watson’s first fast casual concept debut after working as the executive chef at Hot Joy, and serving as the original chef of The Monterey. His partner, Jennifer Dobbertin has over a decade of experience in hospitality services, and has been a small business owner in San Antonio where she gained deep knowledge both in the kitchen and front of house.
